Privacy Policy

In short: DiagramLens does not collect, store, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it makes no network connections of its own.

1. Who we are

DiagramLens is published by VTEK Solutions Limited ("we", "us"). You can contact us at fares.puce.6d@icloud.com.

2. Your files

DiagramLens is a viewer for Microsoft Visio® drawing files. Files are opened read-only and processed entirely on your Mac. They are never uploaded, transmitted or copied anywhere by the app. The app runs inside the macOS App Sandbox and can only read files you open or drag into it.

3. Data we do not collect

No personal information, account or sign-in.
No usage analytics, crash reporting SDKs or advertising identifiers.
No third-party software development kits of any kind.
No contents, names or metadata of the drawings you open.

4. Information stored on your Mac

The app keeps a small amount of information locally, in its sandboxed preferences, and only so that it works as expected. None of it leaves your Mac and none of it is personal data:

a cached copy of your purchase status (whether the trial has been started and whether the full version has been bought);
the start time of your free trial and the most recent clock reading, used only to measure the 24-hour trial;
window positions and similar interface state, which macOS saves for every app.

5. Purchases

The free 1-day trial and the full version are In-App Purchases handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple processes your purchase under its own privacy policy, which you can read at apple.com/legal/privacy. Apple may provide us with anonymised, aggregated sales reports; these contain no information that identifies you.

6. Children

DiagramLens is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. If you believe we hold any information about you, or you have any question about this policy, contact us at fares.puce.6d@icloud.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

8. Changes to this policy

If DiagramLens ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
