Please include your macOS version and, if a drawing looks wrong, the file (or a screenshot) and the page name.
Which files can DiagramLens open?
Modern Microsoft Visio® files (.vsdx, .vsdm, .vstx, .vstm, .vssx, .vssm) and binary drawings saved by Visio 2003–2010 (.vsd, .vst, .vss). Files saved by Visio 2002 or earlier, and .vdx files, are not supported.
How does the free trial work?
Click Start 1-Day Free Trial in the Welcome window. Every feature is available for 24 hours and you are never charged automatically. Afterwards the app stops opening drawings until you buy the Full Version — a single one-time purchase, no subscription.
I bought the app on another Mac, or reinstalled macOS.
Open DiagramLens and choose Restore Purchases (in the Welcome window, the purchase screen, or the DiagramLens menu). Use the same Apple Account. Family Sharing members can restore the Full Version too.
A drawing looks different from Visio.
Fonts that are not installed on your Mac (for example Calibri) are replaced by a width-matched substitute, so letter shapes can differ slightly. Some Visio features are not yet rendered: connector line jumps, WMF pictures, custom line and fill patterns. If something else looks wrong, e-mail us the file or a screenshot and the page name.
Can I edit drawings?
No. DiagramLens is a viewer and never modifies your files. You can export pages to PDF or PNG, print them, and copy a page as an image.
I don't have a Visio file to try.
Choose Open Sample Drawing in the Welcome window (or Help ▸ Open Sample Drawing).
